Processing:

All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours for all orders regardless of shipping method selected. During this time period, orders may subject to different processing methods to ensure the security and accuracy of transaction placed.

If your order is held for any reason, you will be contacted via email or whatsapp.

Lost & Undelivered Packages:

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of CLOUDYHOUSE, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use.

Undelivered packages will be sent back to CLOUDY HOUSE and a refund shall be issued for the order amount with the shipping fees deducted.

CLOUDY HOUSE strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order.

CLOUDY HOUSE is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.

If due to a customer error the shipment does not reach its destination, the shipment shall be sent back to us and a refund shall be issued with the shipping costs deducted from the total.

If the shipment is confiscated by the customs authorities, CLOUDY HOUSE is not obligated to refund the order amount nor take responsibility in that matter, the customer shall take responsibility if their shipment is confiscated by an authority party.

Order Discrepancies:

If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the packages delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue.

تجهيز الطلب:

كل الطلبات تتطلب وقت لتجهيزها يستغرق من 24 إلى 72 ساعة لكل الطلبات, بغض النظر عن طريقة و سرعة الشحن. أثناء تجهيز الطلب من قبل الفريق المعني بذلك, من الممكن أن تحدث تغيرات في طريقة تجهيز الطلبات للحفاظ على أمانة ودقة العملية التجارية التي تمت.

إذا تم إيقاف الطلب لدينا لأي من الأسباب, سيتم التواصل معكم عبر البريد الالكتروني أو عبر تطبيق الواتساب (Whatsapp).

الشحنات المفقودة و الشحنات التي لم يتم استلامها:

* الشحنات المفقودة أو الشحنات التي لم يتم تسليمها لأصحابها لا تندرج تحت مسؤوليات (كلاودي هاوس), و أي مشكلة تتعلق بالشحنة التي لم يتم استلامها يجب أن يتم حلها بواسطة الزبون مع شركة الشحن.

* الشحنات الغير مستلمة سيتم إرجاعها إلى (كلاودي هاوس) وسيتم إرجاع المبلغ مع خصم تكلفة الشحن في الذهاب والعودة.

* (كلاودي هاوس) تسعى جاهدة في محاولة حل هذه الأمور, و أي مشاكل في الشحن يجب تبليغها خلال 24 ساعة من اخر تحديث في تتبع الشحنة.

يرجى الملاحظة أن معلومات الشحن الخاطئة التي يتم إدخالها من قبل المستخدم سوف تتسبب في تأخيرات و مشاكل اخرى التي تؤثر على شحن الطلب بنجاح.

* (كلاودي هاوس) غير مسؤولية عن جميع و أي تكاليف إضافية متعلقة بـمعلومات خاطئة تم إدخالها عند القيام بالطلب من قبل المستخدم.

* إذا بسبب خطأ صادر من المستخدم لم تتمكن الشحنة من الوصول إلى وجهتها, سوف يتم إرجاع الشحنة إلينا وسيتم إعادة مبلغ الطلب مع خصم تكاليف الشحن.

* إذا تمت مصادرة الشحنة من قبل أي من الجهات المختصة بذلك, (كلاودي هاوس) غير ملزمة بإعادة مبلغ الطلب و لا تتحمل مسؤولية الشحنة عند مصادرتها, يجب على الزبون تحمل المسؤولية إذا تمت مصادرة طلبه من قبل السلطات المختصة.

البضاعة الخاطئة:

إذا البضاعة التي تم استلامها كانت تالفة, ليست كاملة, أو غير صحيحة يجب عليك التواصل معنا عبر البريد الالكتروني خلال 24 ساعة من وقت استلام الطلب. عند وصول البلاغ و مراجعته, سيتم الرد عليكم في أقرب وقت لحل المشكلة ومساعدتكم.
